Jenna’s primary practice focuses on representing employers in claims for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and unfair competition, under both federal and California laws, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the California’s Trade Secret Act, and other labor and employment laws.  Jenna has litigated over 100 cases in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, involving a wide variety of issues including business disputes, employment law claims, environmental law, trade secret and unfair competition matters, real estate, corporate law, landlord/tenant, and criminal law. Jenna has also been instrumental in the success of a wide variety of appellate cases.

Jenna counsels business clients on compliance with California and federal regulatory laws, classification of employees, and employee terminations; drafts employee handbooks; and assists human resource managers in implementing the company’s employment policies and procedures.
